Hi Lindy,
I sometimes wake up with nervousness in the morning. But don't let that worry or scare you. I think it just means you are a morning person. I know a ton of people that wished they could get up in the morning with our kind of energy. Accept the nervousness and get going with your day. Think about what you need to get done that day and start doing it. You definitely start to relax and get caught in the present moment the more you do and the less you worry.
A lot of people need caffeine to get going. At least we don't
God Bless and Much Love,
