I just kind of started the program a few weeks back and I was doing great and even started seeing differences up untill I went on vacation a couple of weeks ago. I got up through session 3 and listened to session 4 audio onceand read the workbook once but really didn't committ like the other weeks. I should be on session 5 now but I don't know if I should start all over or just start back on session 4? It's crazy because I feel extremely guilty for slacking off and I know it's my anxiety. I am still dedicated to the program but my vacation just threw me off.I really don't want to cheat the program or myself so if I have to start all the way over i will but I pretty much still am fresh up until session 4.
