Yes, I have. He encourages thought distraction if I recall correctly, which was a technique that I was already aware of. He tells his own story of anxiety/panic/addiction to anti-anxiety medication. It's been quite a while since I read it, but I know that was the main focus of his book at that time. Good luck!

I felt it to be a waste of money...it focuses on his 9 pillars of distracting yourself and a lot of relaxation techniques. I got better results from program program by far!

I also have his program. I got it before I went to the StressCenter.com. I will say that he goes at his program with a very direct method. While I thought some of the content was harsh, I can see where he is coming. I do think for some people they need to hear what he has to say on some of the subject. I do use his relaxation tapes and with success I might add. I do feel they push the "tea" and etc, and I wasn't totally comfortable with ordering from them. As that was just one of my fears. I must say I find this more comforting and successful in my healing.
Please let me know more from your thoughts.

i have the linden method also. i really love the relaxation and visualization tapes that come with his program, but i was sort of put off by his philosophy-one of the 9 pillars is to stop seeing therapists/doctors/etc and to never talk about your anxiety, like if you don't pay attention to it, it'll just disappear on its own...which um, doesn't work. so i don't know if it's really worth it to get it too.
