Does journaling benefit you guys? I have personally found it to be very beneficial in expressing my emotions and feelings... I also look back at times when I was feeling great and it motivates me to see what I did and ate during those times... I think journaling has been a huge help for me in managing my anxiety/depression... Any others agree??
I journal on my computer.. I type an entry every day and sometimes every 3-4 days...

I've "returned" to putting some serious time & energy into working the program...have more time to really focus now and it's good to know that the journaling has been so beneficial...up to this point, I'd not journaled but think I'll take your advise & the direction of the program and get to it!

Do doubt about it that it has been a positive contributing factor in how I feel. Journaling the positive events and feelings have helped as much, if not more than journaling the negative thoughts. I read over the positive events and things in my life and think "Well, see it's not all bad like I tend to believe sometimes. There ARE good things. I just tend to discount them sometimes."

I use the program when I really need it.. And I use it when I don't sometimes too.. I just like it.. I believe in it... And it has worked good for me.. Better than anything else... Well, I do rely on God 1st of all, but I believe he provided this program as a way to help us...
