Is it worth it in your opinion?

I've got my fair share of issues, so I won't burden you with them now.

But it's 5am here on a work night and I've slept a grand total of 2 hrs tonight.

I've had enough and I need a way out without being a walking freaking pharmacy.

If you're a paid shill and reply just to sell me on this program, I can't even say what I'm really thinking....

Hey there fruit, I wont comment on the shill business cause i understand your frustration. I came here when I was very depressed a little anxious. I paid for the program monthly because at the time I could not afford it but felt I could not afford not to. Anyway it has helped me alot, I have more work to do but am on the right path. Dont expected a quick fix with this because it will take alot of hard work on your part. Good luck, Bruce

I apologize if I'm being crass, but would you answer and say if you think it's worth it or not?

I don't expect an overnight, quickfix.
I know I'm not a blemish...I'm more like a dent.

I really think it depends on you, if it's worth it or not.

I have the program and haven't seen many results from it, however I've found a personal approach through therapy combined with the program has made some small improvements.

So, for me it is really up in the air..

I didnt mean to sound crass either,,I appreviated without thinking,,lol. To your question was it worth it,,YES! I had been through back surgeries which I thought was bad. My son was murdered which showed me what was really bad. I draged myself into this as a last hope because the therapy wasnt getting it done. I say yes it was worth it, actually just a tenth of what I had spent on therapy. Again I say good luck , Bruce

This was one of my last hopes and as a whole, with meds and the Good Lord, has helped me change my way of thinking and reacting. It has saved me many trips to the doctor and additional medications. I believe it's worth it. Have you looked on Ebay to see if it's cheaper there??

worth it ? If you use what your taught, do the journaling, and homework, and assignment...Absolutely!

I've been doing it for about two weeks, and I can already see the difference. I don't feel great all the time but it's giving me the tools I need to challenge my anxiety.

I think you get out what you put into this program. That being said, one program isn't a cure-all for everyone. Anxiety is a very individual thing and it varies from one person to the next. This program did not address agoraphobia enough for me, which is one of my major issues.

I didn't find the program to be that helpful. If you've read Lucinda's book and done research you will pretty much get the same info. If you are currently seeing a therapist I think the money is better spent in that direction.

I haven't posted on here in a while. I finished the program a few months ago. I have to agree with Kelly - you get out what you put into this program, and that one program isn't the cure-all for everyone. However, I believe if it even makes a little difference in your life you have been successful.

I have been experiencing anxiety & panic attacks since I was seven years old and been through countless hours of therapy & different meds. I've been dealing with depression since I was thirteen.

I have to say that this program has definitely been a life saver for me. It does take time & a lot of effort, though. I am still on the payment plan because I could not afford to pay the program up front but I truly believe that it is worth the money & more!

There are such valuable tools in this program that you can use for the rest of your life - and because you purchase it's there for you whenever you need it! I think that that's an awesome bonus.
