Hello Everyone,
Just stopping in late after traveling all evening and still trying to unwind.
So, I had a good day, no anxiety per se, but still upset because I get these pains in my clavicle region, not so much my neck but to the left and right, I am sure I really don't need to explain that! lol.
I am not sure why I have them, it could be muscular or it could be stress. I have a lot of big meetings this week and it will be my first time at a lot of these.
I have traveled to Texas for these meetings and did sit in coach for 5+ hrs. An hour delay while they replaced the captains chair in the pit didn't help any!
I just want to know why I have to have these pains. As I have said in many other posts I have been medically cleared of everything else and I know if I took a pill they would all go away and that annoys me. I am trying not to be dependent on pills.
My wife says I probably am stressed. It started today when I saw the flight was initially delayed and then delayed again and then delayed when we got on board.
So, it is stress, but why must we feel it?? I hate it.
Does anyone else get this pain that can relate? This one has only been on going for about a month, I think I pulled something lifting a heavy generator and let me tell you, once I have an injury it seems my stress/anxiety goes right to it.
Well, thanks for listening, I really should just go to sleep and forget about it, but I always have trbl my first night sleeping in a hotel.
Talk to you all soon.
