My program came with a free 30 day supply of
these vitamins; If I don't cancel the vitamin plan, how much is the normal price?

Hello debdeb I think that the cost of the vitamins is like 24 or 28 dollars per month.

hey...I went to my doctor to find out about the vitmans make sure they were ok for me to take being on meds..just thought u would like to know that if you are on effexor you should not be taking them and also there is one vitman in those pills that you should only take once a week and for only 3 weeks..i really think who ever takes them should really talk to yr pharmist or doctor first....

Hmm well the directions say to take the whole
packet once a day with a meal. I think they
wouldn't say that if it should be done that way?

ok Well all im saying is i went to my doctor and pharmist and was told that.. I also was giving a whack of papers my pharmist gave me on the vit and the vit that you should only take once a week for 3 weeks is THEANINE and alot of them you should not be taking them if your pregnant or breast feeding...and there is another that you should only take for 6 weeks. And the list goes on, so im only stating what i was told about them..there is no need for u to get rude about it...

That's ok; Very interesting, keep me posted when they give you a response back. I'm a bit weary to even try them now.

Wow, that was a good example of communication that got a little sketchy and then got right back on to a good path. I hate conflict. Thanks, that was a good example for me. About the vitamins...IMHO, everyone has different opinions on them. If you google vitamins and recomended daily vitamin research you will find a plethora of info from alot of great Dr's universitys, etc. And everyone has an opinion. I think the best you can do is do the research for yourself and always be careful if you're on meds/pregnant/nursing etc.
