I went from working all nights to only working a few nights. My attacks got worse. Tonight I changed my availability from 3 nights and 4 days to 4 nights and 3 days. Maybe that might help. I just don't understand what my trigger is. I walked in tonight to work at Wal-Mart and started having an attack. Luckly it was busy and kept my mind off of things, and it passed. I'm starting the tapes again, and I listen to the relaxation tape twice a day. I just don't know what set's it off. I could be walking down the street and then have one.
My eventually hope is not just to defeat them, but to actually go on vacation and have a good time with no anxiety.

The change in schedule and less work could be setting things off. It's probably messed up your routine, and given more down time which could be giving you more time to stress the small stuff, and maybe the big stuff too. I find that filling my day with things to do that are not stressful helps when my routine gets changed, In other words making a new routine.
