Aww, Steve! It is great, I really enjoyed it. I should make one, too.

Yours sounds so professional, like you were hired by StressCenter to do that! How great.

Dear Steve,
Wow - way to go, that was really GREAT!!!!
You definitely are talented. I tell ya, when I hear someone describe their success on their journey to recovery - it does brings tears to my eyes(ok, I'm a sap - but God made me a woman, lol ). Its almost like physically pumping a fist in the air & yelling YEAH BABY - YES, lol.
Steve, I believe "to whom much is given, much is expected". For me, in this instance w/ anxiety disorder - you, me, & all others whom have recovered bare a responsibility to give back + spread the word + inspire + motivate whatever ways we can - to those who are currently suffering fr anxiety disorder & or depression. You are doing just that & way to go Steve. I tell ya this often - you are inspiring: not just for the experiences you share, or your success w/ recovery - but for the PERSON - THE HUMAN BEING you are. You see, who & what you are shines very brightly on these forums! This acts like a behaviorial/emotional compass if you will - giving the person that I was in the midst of the worst of anxiety - a sense of direction: who do I want to be + how to I want to carry myself as not only a woman - but a human being, etc. You have shown me you could have a sense of humor after all this & find a way to move beyond it. You've inspired me because of your continuing education as well - gosh, lol - when I was going thru my own thing, in you - I saw things possible - thats all I needed - to be shown THE POSSIBILITY. Ok, enough OPRAH MOMENTS HERE.
Good to see ya Steve - I hope all is going well for you. Guess what? I've entered working USA a little more than a mth ago - yep, I've been successfully working! Little steps at a time = success. What is great Steve, is I have FOCUS + a sense of direction - I know where I want to go, what I want to do - which includes going back to college - all, 1 day at a time. The fact that I am working again after being home for 3 yrs & I have vision - IS RECOVERY. I can't ask for anymore than I've been blessed w/ - for I am very fortunate. Talk to you soon.
Your friend,
Lenore

Steve - that is awesome! Nice work.
Would it be OK if we either linked to or even posted this video from Lucinda's myspace page?
If you're cool with it hit Carolyn with an email, she'll let me know and we'll make it happen.
Best to you Steve - J

I am blushing - stop the compliments. I AM SO VERY PROUD OF YOU! As stressful as returning to work can be it is also therapeutic in that you mind is kept busy on other things. Then when you get home you are too tired to worry

You are really doing FANTASTIC!!!
Artistguy:
Thanks for the compliment and God bless...
Givemewings:
Thanks - but did you hear all the mistakes I made in it?

Hey Steve! GREAT job! I did not know you were doing mutli media!
Did you use Garage Band or Final Cut pro to record/edit your audio?
I did not hear any mistakes. It may have been my speakers but the P's, B's seemed to punch my speakers. I had that issue too, not only at home but with the class speakers too. We are into PodCasts now. I noticed when I use the SnoBall mic with a Metal pop filter, that P's, B's stuff is minimized or not an issue. If it still is an issue for me I "sweeten" the audio in Garage Band or Final Cut.
GREAT work though! Very smooth transitions and the audio clarity is superior! VERY impressive!
