Hi Angela,
It might be adrenalin from anxiety? I used to and sometimes occasionally( if i am anxious), I can sit on the couch and feel my heart beats are pronounced and can even watch my chest move a little. I think the best thing to do is as the program says(and any other mental health journal), get out and take a brisk walk, get rid of all tose stress hormones running around in your body, they're not good for your heart and cv system. Plus, youll feel much better after you go out.

Hi Angela, Yes it is Anxiety I get this all the time. It feels like my body goes from 0 to 100 miles an hour like I just drank a gallon of coffe. What I find helps is to not fight it but flow with it. And use that energy on something else a walk, clean the house, or a hobby. I hope this helps. Sincerly Aron
