Since I got up this morning the slightest little thing sets me off, From the kids playing up, to a cue in the local supermarket. The slightest thing is putting me in a temper. Do you ever have days like this? I'll be happy to get to bed tonight

Yes, I have a lot of days like that. I just hated being that way.
A lot of times this jittery frame of mind, where i was just ready to jump, was brought on by some underlying circumstance that I just couldn't cope with . I needed to figure out just what was really causing my anger and frustration. It wasn't the noice of the little children I had. It was something deeper usually.
And even now when my nerves are jumping and i don't feel that I know what is wrong, there may be something bothering me that I can't control. And I need to figure out what it is and deal with it or in some way accept that it is there and try to let go of it.

And sometimes I just don't know what is wrong.
But certainly I do have days like that.
Like today.
I hope within a few days that I will sort out my frustration with a certain situation
and be more calm about it. I just have to tell myself that this, too, shall pass.

Keep looking up!!
Hang in there!

I am so having one of those crabby days today. It is just a combination of everything - my boss, my husband, the weather is rainy, the car acting up, you name it. I am hoping that when I work out in a few minutes and meditate later, I will be out of this funk.

Thanks for the Post - I needed to feel I wasn't the only one having a bad day.

Lisa :)
