When Lucinda and Dr. Fisher talk about bewilderment in the introductory video and they mention how your body is using a defense mechanism to help us - does bewilderment mean the same as feelings of unreality, derealization, spaciness or whatever term you want to use?

Generally, it's a confused, puzzled feeling. It's like a "fuzzy in the head" feeling too.

That used to happen to me before. I would notice that a lot when I finally went back to work. What happens if you are over that but stil obsess all day? I feel like now I have lost my memory. I cant focus and dont remember yesterdays.

I can relate to this one! I feel that when they talk about that bewilderment that they are talking about that spaciness/unreality feeling. If you do any research on depresonalization, you will find exactly how you feel. I hate that feeling but I am learning to understand that it is just our minds way of protecting itself from overload. The feelings scare me and sometimes I feel like I am living in a movie. Not remembering your yesterdays---boy does that hit home! I feel like that too!!
