sounds like a panic attack. I used to do that - go somewhere and have a good time, but then have a panic attack afterwards. It was like I was keyed up during the event, and when I came home and tried to relax, it sort of freaked me out.

I don't think it is anything to worry about - just another weird deal with anxiety/depression.

It sounds like a classic anxiety/panic attack to me. Racing heart, out of control thoughts, unable to focus or shut your mind off, tingling, numbness, strange sensations in the limbs, and a general weird feeling comes over you.

I know because I've been there. Sometimes nothing at all seems to trigger a panic attack. For example, I'll be working around the house, cleaning up, keeping myself busy and I'll take a break and walk outside for some air and all of a sudden it hits me: total panic and anxiety for no reason. I'll feel really nervous, dizzy, short of breath, and just weird and out of my element.

I wish I could tell you what causes it, but maybe you'll take some comfort in knowing someone else out there has done it too.

Classic Panic attack symptoms. Take comfort in knowing that those in this forum completely understand what you went through and it is not something that will hurt you. In time this will pass for all of us. BELIEVE %)

I had these before for a little while. As you go through the program and have less and less anxiety and panics, they go away as well.
