Hi all!

I'm wondering if anyone else has had to go through the program more than once in order to reap full benefits. This will be my third time through; the first time, I didn't take it seriously (so maybe that doesn't even count! *lol*) and the second time LITERALLY changed my life, but I still have massive anxiety in exactly ONE area of my life: Intimate relationships (as in, boyfriend/girlfriend, in my case). Other than this area, though, EVERYTHING else is WORLDS better. I can attest that the program works, but I'm feeling inadequate because I've had to do the work more than one time through.

Just looking for fellow three-peat-ers! :)

Count me in! I've done it three times in a year and a half. PLUS - I have pulled out specific CDs when I really needed a refresher on a particular topic that I was struggling with. Every time I learn something new and receive encouragement for my handling skills.

We should start a club! LOL

I've gone through it a few times. They suggest going through it twice. I still refer to some of the sessions when I need to. Different situations come up, and sometimes you may need it for a different reason than what you originally did. I use it as my mental health coordinator to get me back on track sometimes.
