Hi, this is going to sound like a dumb question, but I guess there's no such thing as a dumb question, the only dumb question is not asking, lol.....ok anyway......

I've heard this so many times, but what exactly is a "Growth Spurt" in this program?

Hi a "growth spurt" is a minor set-back that can occur after you've finished the program.

For example, you've finished the program and is feeling great. Then some problem comes up that is hard for you to handle and you feel your anxiety come back a little, and in some cases, a lot.

I don't really think it's a growth spurt until you're going through a set back after you've completed the program and are feeling good. Because it's normal when you're still working on the program to have "ups and downs".
