I have gone through the program once before, not as attentively as i wanted or in the format i wanted, anyway, i am giving it my full attention now. How do you consciously slow down your speaking, walking, and thinking, etc. I am going to my second job interview today, then i am going to wal mart to get a journal and to look for some postcards of peaceful scenery. I am curious to know what makes everyone tick and begin writing in the journal, this is apart of the program i neglected. I had lost the workbook for sessions 1-4, and now i have it. The action assingments are what seem to be the most challenging, i want to get the most out of them, and find myself doing them unconsciously.

I am going through the program again too. I did not do the journaling or was not real disaplined with the action assignments, but I read the material and went over the CD's many many times. Hopefully it works.
Right now I am going through a break up and have som much anxiety thinking I did something wrong etc. I thought I nneded to get on track and go through the material again.
Good luck to you.

i too am going thruogh the program again. i went through the cd's read the chapters, did the action assignments, kept a book trying to write down negative thoughts, as you did i probably might not have given full effort. the biggest problem was identifying present thoughts & feelings before the began to control me, it was like tying to read a blank slate. i also sometimes had difficulties being able to answer the questions in the assignments, so in understand the "wanting out" but try your best the answer might come later.
