Stress Center Peer Support

I lost my relaxation session and I desperately need another copy of it. Does anyone know how I would go about getting another one or is there a copy that I could download somewhere? I've gone a month without it and I really noticed a difference without it. I've tried sending emails to the Contact Us portion of this site and haven't received any response.

Have you called the 1-800 number? I am sure any number of us would be happy to make you a copy but it's probably copywrighted so I don't know if they would frown on that.
