With one thing or another I find it hard to listen to the CD every day, Sometimes your in bed when you remember and can't be bothered getting back out, and it says in some sections listen to it 3 times a day, I mean this is not going to be possible, so just how important is the CD?

I am having the same problem. I am trying to do better at doing it at least once a day. I know Lucinda says in one CD that it is very important that we learn to do absolutely nothing some parts of the day. She said it is very hard for us and we have to really work on that. I guess it is pretty important when you look at it that way. It is slowly teaching us to relax at a moments notice. I guess we must practice ,practice and practice some more. If you need to master one thing in this program it is the relaxation tapes. Make time, break old bad habits and start healthy new ones so that you ann get better. If you can learn to relax and foucs your boyd on its self you are just wasting our time. Trust me I am almost done with the program, followed it to the T, and then some,and my issues are all but the past.

Rock and friends--
the relaxation tape is so important. even if you don't follow the instructions for muscle tension and relaxation 3x a day--at least play it.
