Hello!I was wondering if any of you experience a sudden panic attack when you're talking on the phone?I can be talking to a friend on the phone and I'll notice my anxiety building up and before I know it I'm panicking. This happens a lot and it drives me nuts!Maybe it's my self doubt?Just thought I'd ask if anyone else experiences this? Thanks for any replies!

oh my god, yes, me too. I have avoidance behaviors with the phone! I will not return phone calls, do not want to talk very long to anyone. Due to financual difficulty I had to let my cell phone be turned off July '07. I am really troubled about it. I will be made to put a huge deposit to get it back on so I am putting it off. I did get a phone from Target but I hated it (minutes so expensive)and do not use it.
When people realize I do not have a phone they treat me differently. It really pisses me off.
I do feel less than others anyway. Its been a hard couple of years for me. Hand to mouth everyday.Barely surviving.
I have very few relationships. I feel like not having the phone was a decision I had to make but now it is time to "grow up" no excuses & get a phone.
