So Sorry you feel like crap!!
Yes if you had a blood clot where or when they did the MRI it would be seen. If it was in that part of the body getting the MRI.
If you feel there is a medical reason for your headaches then please see a doctor, likely there is nothing wrong but at least you can put your mind at some level of peace regarding a blood clot.
Your headaches are most likely due to anxiety and stress/ depression and worrying about having a blood clot is only adding fuel to the fire, so to speak. You probably hold a lot of tension in your shoulder and neck area and this muscle tension will contribute to headaches.
Are you still doing the program...or did you complete it, quit doing it???
Try doing the relaxation part several times at least per day and really try to stop thinking about scary things.
I know it's tough to do but you aren't helping you mind or body with all the worry about having a blood clot.
God Bless, Relax

I know what it is like. I get a lot of headaches, too. Most of them are caused from the tension in the back of my head and neck. Hang in there, it will get better if you can try to focus on the positive. Maybe consider going for a massage. That seems to help me a lot!
