I just received my program over the weekend. So far it has been helping me understand what has been going on with my mind & body. Does anyone have any advice on how to stay motivated? I am a 38 year old female who has everything in life to make me happy, but my anxieties won't let me be happy. I deserve to be happy like anyone else, but think I need some motivation sometimes. I don't get a chance to go online every night, but I try to go online as much as possible. Thank you for listening. :)

Hi Royln, I'm brand new here today, I haven't bought the program yet but I do relate to your anxieties. I too hav lots of good stuff in my life, becoming a grandma and seeing my kids happy in their lives but I can't stop the shaking or trembling, racing heart etc. I'll be checking back in to learn more and in the meantime I wish you peace.

Dear Rolynn
I have completed the program and I'm so glad you are doing this for yourself. You won't be disappointed. The program is great! It truly has changed my life for the better. I had severe anxiety and panic attacks. Had a hard time leaving my home but since the program and I know God's help I do feel recovered. True there are times life is hard and I begin to fall back into old patterns but I always have the program to review and refresh my mind. Don't give up and do all they say the homework etc. It truly will be the best thing you have done for yourself and your family. Good Luck to you I wish you the very best.
