Today i went with my grandparents to a resturant. On the way there we stopped the beauty shop but my grandpa put on breaks fast a little since he was slowing down and it gave me a horrible panic attack and flash back from a car reck that happned in 2008. I started getting shakey breathing hard and started crying afterwards feeling like its ruining my day with them..

I'm trying to spend time wtih my grandparents but all these things are happening to me. I'm not sure if most are anxiety or is not or it all is completely anxiety.

So when we got in teh resturant my bladder started hurting and feeling like i had to pee but can't since its hard for me to. I felt pressure on my bladder the whole time there or it could be my stomach we sat there in the resturant i felt isolted around lots of ppl and scared looking around thinking of what they were thinking of me or if they were all looking at me. After eating uncomfortably my stomach started knotting up alot and everything feels so tight after i ate. I am home now and it still feels so tight like these knot balls.

Lately my stomach feels tight from middle to pelvis. Sometimes the pressure goes down. But idk if anxiety can cause your stomach or bladder to feel tight. I've heard ppl say bladder spasms but idk if that can be from anxity since soem say it isnt.

Has anyone had this problem?

Also when i am around people i feel irritated like i dont want to deal with anything and everything is stressing.. like i feel bad with the aches and pains and grind my teeth alot.

I hope xanax can help with the tightness everywehre if that is the issue but i dont know.

Dear lostgirl,
I really feel that the knotting in your stomach is due to either stress or anxiety, but, you could also be very constipated from all of the antibiotics!!!

The grinding of the teeth is a symptom of anger turned inward at one's self!!!

I pray that you have a relaxation tape or something to listen to, since, I feel this would help you soooo much!!!

As for the bladder spasms, they could be caused by stress, although, I am not sure of that one!!!

I know you have been through sooooo much lately and I am sure you are very stressed, which, is adding to your problems!!!

I wished you had the program, so, you could learn how to relax and learn the skills to overcoming these things!!!

I think you should try using a heating pad and see if that helps your aches and pains...

I am sure stress is doing most, if not all of these things to you!!!

I think that I would try the xanax to see if that helps you...If it does, then, you will know that it is being caused from anxiety and stress!!!

I do know that you suffer from anxiety and I wish I knew what to say to help you more!!!

I love you sooooo much and I am sure these symptoms are not going to hang around forever!!!

I pray you try and get some rest all warm, sheltered and safe beneath the Wings of OUR ALMIGHTY God!!! Much Love is Being Sent Your Way!!!
