I log on here everyday, a few times a day and I have the program, finished it and am restarting it again for a refresher.
Coming on here and seeing I am not the only one who has anxiety and bad thoughts helps me when I am having an episode. In my mind I see everyones posts and say "hey so and so has this too, I am not the only one" it helped me this morning calm down.
It feels good and I am greatful for you all.
