Gary, here is some additional information I found fron tech support
Now, we've heard from a few who used to be able to get in but now they can't. I spoke to the company who owns this software and they recommended these steps below be checked if you cannot access the chatroom.
1. Make sure the latest update on flash is installed on your computer.
2. If you are at work, your IT department may be blocking many of the internet ports, including 8080, from accessing certain areas on the web including the chatroom/forum area here at StressCenter and only allowing certain areas of the web to be accessed. You will need to contact your IT department and have them correct this, which they may say no.
3. Check your firewall settings. If you are running the windows xp firewall in conjunction with any other firewall programs such as Nortons, McAfee, Avg etc, disable the windows xp firewall and operate on the specific programs setup only. 2 firewalls may stop the access into chat.
4. Make sure port 8080 on your computer is open...that is done through the control panel on your computer. Here is a website that will show you where to look:

Also what type of screen do you see when you try to access the chatroom? Blue, nothing, describe in detail what you are seeing?
We also need to know what type of computer you have, ie, Windows or Mac; Browser - Internet Explorer Version Number or Firefox Version Number, dialup or broadband, and/or anything else you can tell us. Send this information to:
Carolyn@stresscenter.com
One suggestion the tech desk gave me is for you to try to access chat from a friends computer, away from work & home location and see if you can get into chat/forums from it. If you can then it's either in your system configuration, network, firewall or ISP.
