Hi Y'all,
I was wondering if anyone has any good tips for recovering in a negative work enviroment and around very difficult coworker? I understand she is on hormones for personal reasons but shes making my life a living hell.. shes snappy and short answers things, its like living with someone with PMS all the time! HELP!
Is part of recovery eliminating negatives such as a negative job/enviroment? I know this is a root for me but Ive worked hard on my career! however, I do feel I might be much happier and more recovered in an enviroment that isnt as moody!
Any advice/relations are appreciated!
