Lately I have had really bad pain in the back of my neck, I feel dizzy at times, and my ears hurt. I know it is because of stress, I just can't seem to stop myself from getting this way. It gets worse as the day goes on. I have been to my doctor just to make sure I am ok and everything looks good. Anyone have tips/ideas on things I can do to help take away this pain or stop from tensing up the muscles in my neck during stress?
I also wanted to mention one very positive thing that happened to me today. I had a really bad panic attack during church last weekend and had to walk out and leave the service. Got in my car and just broke down crying. Of all places to have a panic attack, this time it was at church. This weekend I wanted to skip church because I was nervous about having another panic attack. I went to church, took communion, and made it through the entire service. I was soooo happy I went to church and did not leave!
