Does anybody know if Mid west offers personal coaching to assist you trew the program? and if so has anyone used it and how did it work for you?
Hello rmac. Yes they do offer personal coaching through the program. I had a coach who worked with me 16-17 weeks. It was just what i needed to help me work the program. It is expensive but it was well worth every penny to me. I know that the StressCenter.com has several options you can chose for payments.
I was assigned a coach who I could really relate to. She was wonderful. I never felt judged or uncomfortable with her. I can honestly say that I was blessed to have found this program because it has transformed my life.
