No one should feel bad about having depression. Even the famous have it.

It doesn't discriminate, does it?

I just read Brooke Shields' book on her experience with depression after her baby was born. You just never know what someone is going through.

The therapist for my cbt group treated lots of stars in LA before he moved to Arizona and though he couldn't name them he did say that many of them were more messed up than the people in my group.
