I was on my way to a class that would really help me in my career and I could'nt go. I was too worried....what if I get lost, show up late, walk in and everyone stares at me, I feel out of place so I make a wierd facial expression and everyone thinks I'm a bitch...I could go on and on. I can take another class at another time, but it's still annoying.
I have the program and for some reason I can't seem to get past session 1. I have had it for a month and I keep procrastinating on it, (my favorite way is to have a few drinks). I don't even listen to the relaxation cd. I can't seem to focus on that or anything else! Any ideas on what my problem is?

You just need to make an effort - being that you visited here and posted is a great first step - it shows that you do want to make an effort.
Don't discount the relaxation cd - it has really helped me stick with the program - the first time I listened to it I thought I could skip it - nope - not until I learned to relax could I concentrate enough on the lessons.
At the very least listen to the breathing portion of the tape and get that down - and then listen to your lesson cd's - one lesson a week. All you need is to make a promise to yourself that you will do this for your own piece of mind.

I would suggest you get on it. If you REALLY want to change, you need to make that jump. You will be so happy you did. I work a job where I in front of thousands a people a night. It took me a while to not be nervous, but you know...I don’t care what they think. If they don’t like what I am doing I doubt they could do a better job than myself , so I just don’t even think about It now.

It will take some practice...just try to be confident in your self as much as you can. This program will do that...believe me :D
