My job just implemented a four day work week, M-Th 7:30 am to 6 pm with Fridays off. I was nervous to start because the hours are long and I am already having trouble with my anxiety at work. Well when Wed night came and I knew I had one more day I was excited I made it through the week and had only one more day left. But when Thursday came I was really anxious. I tried telling myself that it was excitement and not to confuse the two but I still had mini panic attacks. I felt very sick after lunch but pused through the day. I don't know how to tell the differnece between the two anymore.

I get the same way. Sometimes i think i am excited and it turns into panic attacks. Sometimes I get the funny stomach feelings and them I think it is something else, then it turns into something else, and on and on and on

Just remember you create exactly what you think about...NO MATTER WHAT! So when you feel the doubt come just be like...I will create that if I KEEP thinking it...so just take note you are the creator and choose to create something even more pleasant with all that powerful high energy! Cause it will happen!
