I have those symptoms also along with a few others. When I get really anxious I pray and repeat comforting thoughts to myself, and this helps.

My worst was numb on right side to where I could not move my arm or turn my head, then the dizziness followed, hyperventilation after that, and so on....... Hate the numbness part.......

Heart palpitations, dizziness, shaking, trembling, feeling like I am dying. Then bewilderment and a feeling of impending doom. Then fatigue and depression for hours afterwards. Sometimes this will happen several times a day.

Yes it did, I get it occasionally at times, but now I know that is just anxiety and because of this program and the tools I got from it, I can usually get it to go away fairly quickly, and it does not happen to the same degree as when it happened the first time.
Mistybloo, I was having the same feelings as you at least 10 or 15 times a day before I did the program, and now I may have them 2 or 3 times a month, hang in there.
All the best to everyone.

I have most of the same symptoms as others have posted, dizzy, nausated, inner shaking, brain feels like it freezes up and my mind goes blank, or my brain is spinning out of control and it wont stop. Seriously feel like I must be dying. Scary stuff.

I have had the dizzyness and the bewilderment/spacey feelings where you know that you are there but it sure does not feel like it. My worst and scariest symptom is the fact that it feels like someone is sitting on my chest and it feels like I cannot breathe correctly no matter how I try. I do have asthma but it has been so long since it gave me problems it is hard to tell whether it is anxiety or not. I also have been diagnosed with GERD aka acid reflux and I have been reading on here that that may be causing some of my breathing problems like my throat feeling like it is getting tight.
