I'm having a little batch right now because I had a panicky sensation yesterday and it alarmed me. That then lead to other scary thoughts that were based on memories of previous anxiety batches. What-ifs...
I have way too high expectations and want to be "recovered" yesterday! Just want to point out to the newbies that you need to consider your expecatations for this program. Expect a realistic timeline. If it's taking longer than you think, it doesn't mean things aren't getting better. It just means you need more practice. If you follow the skills and do your very best to roll with the feelings and not fight them, it gradually gets better!
Some may be lucky and feel they've overcome this quickly, but if you're like me, it's taking longer than you'd like, but it's still in the right direction!
