Hello, I'm new and thinking about getting this program. Is it really helpful and worth the money?

I think the program is very helpful. My anxiety has decreased so much I may just be getting a little too relaxed! It really all depends on what you feel you need to get out of it and what you need help with. I had spent probably more than the cost of this program on individual therapy that was actually the same CBT training only not this structured. The structure of this is what keeps me motivated. yes, it's a chunk of money but I think they have a money back guarantee for the first 30 days.

It's not very expensive if you do the online program because you pay by the month, so you don't have to put a chunck of money down at once. You can also cancel. However, each week I am learning more and I am seeing how it all relates. Some weeks are not as big to me as others, but as a whole picture it really makes sense.

I bought the program 9 months ago. I started it but I was too lazy or depressed to put the work into it so I put it away in my closet. When I got it out about a week ago after something sent me over the edge, I realized I was in the same condition I was 9 months ago. I wasted 9 months of my life.
This time, in just the first lesson the program is making me so excited about my life. I am determined to follow it the way it should be and I know I will not be in the same condition 9 months from now.
All I want to say is if you are here looking for help why not try the program for 30 days free and see if it is for you. In my case in just one week I am so excited about the self awareness and hope I have that I want to share it. So, yes I would recommend getting it and really putting the time into it to change your life now and not wait until things get worse.
