I'm on week 3 now and I'm finding that there is so much negativity on TV and in the news and on the net. I find that I have to turn away from it because if I don't, it can trigger the beginnings of a panic attack. I've started to read again and listen to good music instead. The TV now rarely goes on and I'm really choosey on what I read in the newspaper or on the net. I'm still having a few attacks, but they are now getting fewer and far between. My tip is to turn the TV off for a week and see what happens !

I agree!! :) I hardly ever watch the news or read a newspaper. It seems "they" only report the BAD news. I even have to watch what kinds of t.v. programs/movies I watch. I find it helps me alot because I tend to be very sensitive also to what I watch and hear on t.v. Take care, God bless!!

:)I only keep up with current events, but other than that, I don't need to dwell on the negative in the world. Sometimes, I watch children's tv shows :D because they relax me, and make me think back to simpler times. They are cute shows also. Other than that, I watch animal shows, and light programs.
