), if those are your only 2 symptoms...relax.
you've got it easy.
now, on a more serious note...those are two perfectly normal symptoms of anxiety.
it does not last forever.
to be on the safe side, when was the last time you went to a dr for a checkup? have you mentioned this to them?
more than likely, you are fine. but if you want to bring it to a real conclusion, go make a dr appt, get some bloodwork (thyroid, etc) done, a physical, and get the results.
on a separate issue, how often do you exercise? though difficult to start, exercise and dietary changes can change those feelings as well.
