sometime i feel things that scare me.
-at time i feel like i might die of a unknown disease.
-Sometimes my legs feel like they can support my body ( i way about 240)
- at time i get stomach papilations that take my breath away, at time it feels like my longs will stop but it never happens.
-Im scared that i might have a blood clot somewhere in my body. sometime i fee this iswhy im weak.
- I feel like my mind and head feels heavy and some time it feels like my body is not getting oxygen.
- sometimes i feel like i wont be normal an live a normal life.

what are some of your everyday feelings?

Wow, those are not everyday feelings. I do hope you are working on reducing that type of thinking!

PS: I am adding this after reading the two more recent replies. Please do take Shelby's advice. It is very good advice.

Those are like my everyday feelings! I have constant worry that something is wrong with me if i feel some kind of ache or pain in my body. I think am i dying of something? If i get tired or feel weak and think there is more to it and it must me something more serious.. or i get a spacey feeling and i think this must be something really bad, like a brain tumor.. but that is why i got this program!! so i can work on these things that i am scaring myself with

this all sounds like it would be good to write down..to list, if you will and, no matter what part of the program you are on, look at the "issues" of concern...the worries and ask yourself how realistic they are. read session #3 in the workbook where Lucinda goes into the "all or nothing thinking" , etc...read each of those entries, read your entries again and then rephrase them with positive BELIEVABLE affirmations.
