Hi All,
I have been having headaches in teh front and sides of my head, and i feel slightly unsteady. I definately feel like i have a sinus problem, but there is no mucus coming out. can sinus' be infected and impacted so that you feel unsteady in the head? or is it just anxiety? anyone?

Hi LMM,
I have this same problem, after many test my ENT doctor finaly said they are tension headaches. I get the same symptoms, I hold all my tension in my neck & shoulders. One headache lasted for two months. Does it feel like someone put your head in a vice? You can get rebound headaches. I was taking so much sinus meds and they were not helping, would take the edge off but would not go away. Talk to your doctor about tension headaches.
Good luck,
Debbie

thanks so much. What are rebound headaches? Did your doctor tell you taht the tension from the neck adn shoulders can radiate up through the head - is that the case?

Hi,
ABSOLUTELY!! Thats were they come from, how he explained it to me was, that from the tension in my neck and back, was the cause of my headaches. I was getting what he called rebound headaches, because I did not have sinus headaches, but I was taking so much sinus meds to try to get rid of the headache. You almost get withdrawls from either taking to much meds or taking it to long. I started to see a chriopracter and getting massage on my neck and shoulders. It did help alot.
I have to make an appointment this week because it is starting to bother me again. Hope this helps you.
