i would always have scary thought of going crazy and killing myself or hurting my self. and then i realized that i am afraid to die. i dont want too. i looked back at a time in my life when i was hurt and so afraid to die and that helped me out alot. i love my life and friends and family. just thought id share

I find that it really does help to allow yourself to think about difficult things and feel the emotions. I always try to sweep things under the rug and don't allow myself to think about them but I realized that it actually contributes to my anxiety.
