I am having a hard time sleeping i suffered from this a long time ago and that is something i cant control and its getting me so insecure and nervous, i dont i am out of med and dont want to take med again anybody has an advice?

There are sleep therapists who can help. Also, ever since I started the program, every night when I go to bed I listen to the relaxation cd. Now it's like I don't even have to do the exercizes, it just puts me to sleep!

IMAZ, if you have the program, get in it like your life depends on it! Well it really does, your thought life does anyway. If you even want peace get in the program!To help you sleep, try a natural called Melatonin. Get the chewable-sublingual tab and put under tongue. It helps 'natural' sleep, and does NOT hit you hard like some meds do. Our bodies make some melatonin, but maybe in a stressed mode the body dosent.

I too have trouble sleeping, I stay up quite late everynight. What sometimes help is listening to one of your Lesson CDs and try chamomile tea.
