Hi my name is mikki i am 22 yrs old i just recived my program today and i was just wondering do i start with just the relaxation tape? When do I start session one?? And how long do I stay with session one??

I just jumped in to tapes and did relaxation that night. She gives plans to follow but it doesn't matter, as long as it's a way u can adhear too.

Hello.
MIkkil - you can start with either but once you start follow the program EXACTLY as it says.
Arksong - It really does matter that you do the program in order and exactly as the program says in order to acheive the success you want. Lucinda doesn't just give plans to follow and then you do whatever you think is right. The program doesn't work like that if you want to be rid of this disorder.

Mikki: watch the first video - the one that says "open first". It gives you an overview of the program and will tell you all the tips you need. Simply follow the program as DeeDee mentions. Regards, M.

Start with the Jumps start DVD. Then watch the session one DVD and listen to the session one CD. At the end of the CD it will ask you to complete the work in the guidebook. Within the guidebook there is a chapter for each session and a day by day schedule of things that you should try to do. Make sure you listen to the relaation CD as many times a day as you can.Hope this helps, I was confused when I started. Good luck./

Mikkil, I have only been working on this program for ten days and I am already seeing improvement.I think once you figure out that you are the cause of all this internal anxiety and no one else is, then you can start to work on changing the way you react to an anxious event by the way you think about it. Hang in there, I really believe this is going to work.

Hi Mikkil.
The program does work and if you do it correctly, it works very well. I use to have just about every symptom that you hear about on this site, now I have almost none, and it feels great. My main symptom was being lightheaded, now i barely recognize any.

Mikki: I too was, and still am, desperate for quick relief. It will take some time. Small steps - but keep taking the steps! Just keep going in the direction of recovery - don't give up because the relief isn't instant! Just like a scratch on your skin, it takes time to heal.

Mikkil: Yes. It's difficult and can be slow depending on your situation. And at times seems impossible. I have been like this for so long I thought this is just the way it is. I too have searched for quick fixes for years. Anti-depressants weren't working, I just had every side effect. Well, there's not one. I believe this program is it. So far I have found all the answers in this program as to how to help myself. But you have to listen to the CD's or DVD's and do the lessons and you have to work at it everyday. Lucinda is great. She will lead you through it. Session 1 forced me to realize and accept the causes of my lifelong anxiety without blame. It also made me see that I was not a nut case nor was I going to become one. After 1, I WANTED to go further. If you apply it everyday, it works. And stay on the board and read what people have to say and let us know how your are doing. You will get great input and won't feel so alone. The relaxation tape does not work for me. I can't get relaxed enough. I just do not find it relaxing. I am not saying it won't work for you, but others have said the same. I thought I was the only one-the retard

. I hope it works for you, but if not, you know the things that relax you the most. Use those methods as well. Good luck and keep going.
