I will be starting week 6 on wed. and was wondering if a person continues to go on if they feel like they still havent gotten everything from weeks 1-5? I'm feeling better since I started the program but I still have a ways to go. I continue to suffer with Derealization and I do realize it takes time to overcome the the anxiety. I want to keep going onto week 6 but is this the right thing to do?

I felt like I stalled a little at week 6 and took a mini break. Started to feel like I wasn't getting it all but then kept going and now at week 10 I realize I assimilated more than I thought I had. So, yea I would say finish the 15 weeks, especially since you say you are feeling better. They also recommend you go thru the program twice which I plan to do.

Keep going!!!
You are NOT going to get it all the first time around. But, you will get enough to make changes. Then you will build and build on those changes.

Thanks for your help. I will go through it twice. Start week 6 tomorrow. I cant wait. The first 5 weeks went fast. I remember the first week I thought will I ever get to the 6th week?
