Hey All:

I'm heading out on vacation and I'm an online subscriber to the program. I'm wondering if any of you have an MP3 of the relaxation exercise that I can pop on my iPod to take with me. If you do, I'll give you my email and you can send it over.

Thanks!

You also might want to check out the following downloads from iTunes:
ANY of Christiane Kerr's- I have them all. She's advertised for little girls, but I'm 35 and feel quite relaxed by fairy dust and riding on the back of dolphins... *grin*

I also have Jane Pernotto Ehrman's Minute Meditations- also pretty good.

Lastly, I REALLY like the CD's by www.thinkrightnow.com. I have the ones for anxiety, sleep, and organization and have found them to be superior supplements to the program.

Most importantly, NO subliminals in ANY of them (I don't know if this matters to you...)

Hey Fischee:

Thanks for the recommendations. I have a few other options on my iPod, but I really like the Lucinda one. It's perfect for fitting in before bed. :)
