AFTER CHURCH TODAY I HAD A HOUSE CHURCH MEETING[LIKE A BIBLE STUDY] AND EVERYONE LAYED HANDS ON ME AND PRAYED ABOUT MY ANXIETY. I PRAY THESE CD'S WILLL HELP.

The cd's will help you. Just try to become a sponge and absorb as much information as you can. Anxiety disorders are a long, tough road but the more you learn the better you will deal with it. Good luck!!
