Hello! I am new to the program, I purchased it a while back and listened to most of the cd's but just started over with the workbook- attempting this time to do things the right way.
I had my first panic attack two years ago, was on medication, got off medication and recently started taking xanax again in the past couple of months as the anxiety has been worse and happening daily.
I am afraid because I have been using alcohol to deal with it and can't wait to get that first drink after a days work to get rid of these feelings. But have had some blackouts lately, don't remember going to bed, etc.

Please advise and help.

I am so happy to hear that you're getting back on track, deciding to do the program thoroughly, and facing your fears head on.

You can do it! Keep your head high and stick with it!
