Stress Center Peer Support

I get these emailed to me. Does anyone else get
them emailed too?

They are one week ahead of my current session.
& it's making me think that I am behind?

I get them too and I already have them in my program box, but sometimes it's nice to download them while I'm on the computer and watch them from there.

I think the date that they send them is based off of when you signed up for the program. If yo uare doing the program according to the recommendations, then you aren't behind - don't let the email stress you!

Of course - you could be like me and have 4 of those emails unopened right now - because I went out of two and got myself all off schedule! I just moved them to a folder with only messages and emails from Stress/Lucinda and open them when I'm at that session.

I only read them when I get to that lesson.
This is what I'm doing....
I choose to stay on the same lesson until I fully understand it, Only when I feel comfortable I then move to the next lesson. So you can tell that I have several e-mail which I haven't read yet.
I perfer to take my time instead of rushing things and missing perhaps on important tools.

I just wish they would slow up a little LOL

Also I guess we could delete the previous ones because they seem to be saved by each week as the week goes forward.

DEB--I get them too.I store them in a folder as soon as they come in. Just as "SUPERMAN" above does. I read them when I am studying that lesson.

I get them emailed also. I only watch them when I'm ready to start that session. Good idea to move them to a folder- my email is getting clogged up with too much stuff.

I get them emailed to me as well, but unfortunately, mine are always 2 weeks behind. It's nice though I can go back and listen to them again while I am at work.

I recieve them as well........Perfectly put Jugray........they are 2 weeks behind. I clearly know I have been following the program on time.....so I won't entertain the thought of panic on that......Thanks be to technology
