Help please !!!
I have been doing this program for about 3 or 4 weeks now and am doing really well as far as not having panic attacks and my control over anxiety has been amazing. I am really using positive thinking to replace negative and am having a lot of success.
Where I am having a problem is with feeling tired all the time, especially after eating.
I know that in the program they tell you not to be napping during the day, however, I am finding that after I eat lunch and dinner, I barely can keep my eyes open.
I have reduced my caffeine down to 1 to 1 1/2 cups first thing in the morning. I used to drink coffee and/or tea after eating lunch and dinner and now am not having this as part of session 5 to do's.
I also read that over sleeping is a sign of depression...so I am worried about this (I know I shouldn't be worrying !!!...but I can't help it !!!)
So my question to anyone that would be kind enough to reply is: Has anyone else had problems with the sudden need for major amounts of sleep...especially after eating....and in particular after cutting down on caffeine (as per the program advice)....and if so....are there any good strategies for overcoming this insane urge to sleep all the time?
