Does anyone ever feel like they're not moving forward if they don't feel out of control? Cause you have to bring the emotions up to clear them, but there's a fine line between perpetuating it and clearing it. So I feel like I may be doing some suppression and denial right now and now that makes me feel bad! Can anyone relate?

Like...what's the difference between choosing not to believe that negative thought and supressing it?

Suppressing a negative thought will cause it to resurface over and over. By acknowledging the thought, and telling yourself it is an anxiety producing thought/habit you begin not to give it any power. There are mornings when I feel the anxiety/panic coming on, and immediately I acknowledge it, tell myself I'm a little stressed and it will be okay, and calm myself right down. When I was trying to suppress the same feelings, they came back with a vengence and resulted in panic attacks. Does this make sense? Over a year now without a panic attack! Awesome!

Acceptance is the key here, do not try and suppress these thoughts. You will get to a stage where life is calm and peaceful like myself
