ok it seems like once i get through one symptom, another occurs. recently, i been dealing with, feeling of lack of oxygen, where my breathing in,is not going to my brain.then my head feels really tight, like its going to pop.
and now i focus, when i yawn, im not yawning right, and the oxygen is not going up. does anyone else feel this, please tell me yes? and if so, how do u deal with this?

distract yourself from thinking about oxygen. distract distract distract. do ur up most best effort to not think / worry about it. let your subconscious do it's job, just as you body natural handles blow flow to your organs, etc. when u interfere with it (by thinking about it and trying to manually do it), it messes up the natural connection and causes us to breathe off beat and of course make it tiresome, then creating worry, etc etc. i went through the same thing to the point where i couldn't stand right and felt dizzy walking. then i thought i had some brain...eh u get the point. best advice is to "let it go". even though it's hard, it's really the answer. but try to cope by distracting yourself. read something carefully, read book, create a nice picture in ur mind, etc. goodluck and best wishes.
