Hey guys I finished semester one a week and a half ago so I had a week and a half off and now I have semester two starting tomorrow. I'm feeling really nervous because every time I start new classes I get really dizzy in the classrooms because I am not used to the people and stuff yet. What should I do?

Try listening to your relaxation tape and do the breathing exercise before class. Hopefully that will help you a little bit.Look on the bright side, you've actually made it to school and are attending classes. I'm proud of you for accomplishing that. Good luck!!
