Hi little italy. The cd is called "feel better fast" and would be cd number 16 if it was numbered. it was in my set with cd's 13-15.

Thanks mtnbkr, I found it...I'm only on session 3 again, I'm repeating it because it's a challenging session for me....should I listen to this #16 cd also....I wasn't sure since it's the last cd of the program...Thanks for your replys!!! :) And yes, I'm still having a hard time with the whole journal thing...but I've gotten some GREAT advice since I started this thread...

Thanks to everyone who has posted here!!!!

Hi little italy, yes by all means listen to it, it really isn't a stand alone session like #3 is. Also don't get too stuck on a single session, I spent three weeks or so on 4 (the challenging one for me) and probably should have moved on sooner. Sometimes things need awhile to soak in and make sense. I'm still working on session three in my mind as I go through session seven, the one I'm on now. Being a negative thinker my whole life, won't be perfect in a week or even a month. I learned a lot in 3 and will revisit it from time to time. The program advises, I think I read somewhere, to plan on a break and then do the program a second time. There are people who have recovered and they went through it three times!! Spend as much time on each session as you need, but be careful not to get bogged down, that will be counterproductive and kill your momentum.

I just wanted to thank everyone who has replyed to my topic...I have gotten great advice and suggestions...but I'm still having problems with this...I still haven't started my journal and really dont understand why it's so hard for me...everytime I try to start I just draw a blank and have to but my notebook away....does anyone know why I'm having such a hard time with this?...I didn't think it would be so hard after hearing everyones suggestions...is this going to hurt my progress with the program?...could this be a part of my anxiety that I dont know about? :?
